What Non-EU Citizens Need for a Trade License

Non-EU citizens must provide a criminal report from their home country. It must be:

Officially issued by your home authority
Apostilled or superlegalized (depending on the country)*
Translated into Czech by an official translator ( We can help you with translation)

*If your Criminal clearance report is issued by an embassy inside the Czech Republic then Apostille/super legalisation are not needed.

Important Note

Additionally, Non-EU citizens must have a valid Czech visa or long-term residence to activate the trade license. Or if you are now only applying for business/freelancer visa we can still register your trade license but without business license number ( IČO)
