How long does it take to get a trade license (živnostenský list)?
Once you complete the form and sign the power of attorney(electronically), we’ll submit your application the same day or the next business day. The trade license is typically issued within 1-2 working days after application.
What’s included in the Light VAT registration service?
We will register you for Light VAT, and keep you updated. Once we receive the confirmation letter from Tax office we will let you know and you can start invoicing EU registered clients.
What documents do I need to start a trade license in the Czech Republic?
As an EU citizen you will need only Passport/ID, Business Address and you will also sign power of attorney electronically so that we can represent you.
What I need to provide order to get Tax Residency Certificate?
You need to prove your Employment/Trade Licenses activity and your stay in the Czech Republic with rent contract or proof of accommodation.
