What We Need From You
To begin the process, we’ll need the following documents and information:
- Valid passport
- Family member passport and residency (visa)
- 2 Passport-sized photos (35mm x 45mm)
- Valid comprehensive health insurance for 1 year
- Proof of financial means (minimum balance of 150,000 CZK)
- Proof of accommodation in the Czech Republic (rental contract or ownership document)
- Proof of relationship to the family member (e.g., marriage or birth certificate – must be apostled/legalised)

Processing Time
